2. The Service

MosqueIQ is a community-powered tool that displays nearby mosques, user-submitted busyness reports, community notes, mosque photos and prayer timetables. The service is provided free of charge and on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Contributions

• Reports are anonymous and submitted voluntarily.
• You agree to submit only truthful and good-faith reports.
• We reserve the right to remove or disregard reports that appear fraudulent or abusive.

4. Uploaded Content

• You may upload mosque photos, timetable images, community notes and correction suggestions.
• By uploading content, you grant MosqueIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute the content within the service.
• You must not upload content that is offensive, illegal or infringes others' rights.
• Uploaded timetable images may be processed by AI for automated text extraction.
• All uploaded content is subject to admin review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Busyness reports are crowd-sourced and may not accurately reflect real-time conditions. Mosque data (locations, prayer times, capacity) is approximate. MosqueIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information displayed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MosqueIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on busyness data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MosqueIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
